HOW IT BEGAN:
I was hired by Importaco Nuts company and Garage Studio to create a series of 12 images each one for every month of the year to create the 2020 Calendar.
CONCEPT
Each image tells a story about the origin of this edible products. For example, the Peanut over the surface of the moon is accompanied with a text telling the story about it: The astronauts on their first trips to the moon were carrying peanuts with them. In the case of the corn, it shows one of the vessels of Cristobal Colon arriving to America’s shores, telling the introduction of this food to Europe.
